Oddly enough it appears that installing a Gotomeeting.com codec several times to the computer has corrected not just the video from Gotomeeting but also several other sources.<br />

For some reason when I open WMV files in Windows XP with Windows Media Player 11 I can open any of the WMV files, but now with Windows 7 and Windows Media Player 12 I can't open many of the WMV files and it comes up with a message that says &quot;Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the required video codec is not installed on your computer.&quot;.<br />

The above is happening with all of my companies Windows 7 Pro computers that are using Windows Media Player 12.<br />
