A for effort but was not the cause of the problem. &nbsp;Appears to be more of a coversion issue between Excel, Word and the PDF software. &nbsp;End-user decided to go a different route in getting it fixed anyway.<br />

I have an MS Word 2007 file with an inserted 'insert-Excel spreadsheet' table. &nbsp;Data is entered with underscores on certain totals and then the file is printed to PDF (PDF Light 4.0). &nbsp;On the PDF file, for some reason, certain underscore lines are extremely bold and thick and I cannot figure out why this is occuring. &nbsp;How it appears in the Word document is fine and not every underscore in the PDF appears this way.<br />

Does anyone have explaination as to why this might be occurring?<br />

On the PDF file, for some reason, certain underscore lines are extremely bold and thick and I cannot figure out why this is occuring.  How it appears in the Word document is fine and not every underscore in the PDF appears this way.
