MS Word/PDF Underscore Issue

Hi,

I have an MS Word 2007 file with an inserted 'insert-Excel spreadsheet' table.  Data is entered with underscores on certain totals and then the file is printed to PDF (PDF Light 4.0).  On the PDF file, for some reason, certain underscore lines are extremely bold and thick and I cannot figure out why this is occuring.  How it appears in the Word document is fine and not every underscore in the PDF appears this way.

Does anyone have explaination as to why this might be occurring?

Thanks!

Check this and see if it helps, maybe has to do with borders?

A for effort but was not the cause of the problem.  Appears to be more of a coversion issue between Excel, Word and the PDF software.  End-user decided to go a different route in getting it fixed anyway.
