I have a new certificate which has been installed on a server. How would I get a private key that corresponds to this certificate?

This is a citrix certificate and when I try to use the Secure Gateway Configuration Wizard, it tells me that the server certificate specified is unusable.

That article is for importing an intermediate CA cert.  That has nothing to do with a private key.

The private key is generated when you create certificate signing request (CSR).  Try this link for more info:

Note that you need to install the cert and export it including the private key from the same box that you created the cert request from initially.  If you created multiple certificate requests from the same box since then, you can try to repair it:
view the certificate - Details tab - Serial Number
Copy the serial # and paste into notepad - remove all spaces
open cmd box
certutil -repairstore My %paste serial number here%
try to export again.  when you refresh you should see on the General tab of the cert properties box at the bottom a little key with a message stating you have the private key.

I ended up having VeriSign reissue the certificate...
