POP3 connetor on SBS2008 won't work

Hi Guys

I'm having some difficulties with a pop3 connector on my sbs 2008 server.
I use different pop3 connectors and they all work fine, but there's one who keeps triggering an error. Note: 1 Week ago this one worked fine as wel, but suddenly this error appeared

"An error occurred while delivering mail to 'info@xxx.be' on the SMTP server 'localhost'. The error code was 0x800ccc6f. Verify that the mailbox exists and that the Exchange receive connectors are configured properly.

The mailbox info@xxx.be exists and can send and receive e-mails without a problem. It's just the pop3 account that won't send his e-mails to this account. NOTE: configuring the pop3 in outlook works fine, so there's nothing wrong with the POP3 account.

I think there"s a problem with the mailbox on my server, but can't find what could possibly be wrong.

Anyone an idea?

thanks in advance

kind regards

If you go to SBS Console > Users and Groups > Users tab do you see the user you are having trouble with?
