need to show live video from webcam, and capture then crop frame in my c# program

Hi
I need to be able to show streaming video from my webcam on a winform, then capture a frame and crop it as part of my c# program.  Any clues as to ways to do this, or sdks that are usefull would be most helpful as I have not done this before.
Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
