How can I convert this query to an SQL stored procedure?

I have the following coldfusion query that I've attached below.  Can anyone help me convert this into a stored procedure?  Thanks!!
<cfloop query="getAlerts">
    <cfquery name="delAlert" datasource="#Application.dsname#">
       DELETE FROM APAlerts WHERE d_lbxname = '#getAlerts.d_lbxname#' AND tranid not in (SELECT ID FROM #getAlerts.lbxdatatable#)
    </cfquery>
</cfloop>

I figured out the issue.  I just added the delete statement to a stored procedure I already had and it worked.
