I have &nbsp;a user in my remote office who is clamming whenever she attempts to work with a Pivot table her laptop shuts down.<br />

Anyone ever heard of this? &nbsp;Could this be faulty RAM?<br />

I have  a user in my remote office who is clamming whenever she attempts to work with a Pivot table her laptop shuts down.
