Laptop Shuts Down When Using Pivot Tables - Excel 2007

Got an odd one:
I have  a user in my remote office who is clamming whenever she attempts to work with a Pivot table her laptop shuts down.

Anyone ever heard of this?  Could this be faulty RAM?

Who is Participating?

does it blue screen when she uses it or does the power just die?

As far as I know it "shuts down" not too sure if it's a reset or a full shut off, but I can check with he user.

I take that back, after asking the user, it is a BSOD

Sounds like it could be either a bad dll or something in Excel try doing a repair/reinstall of excel and maybe a windows repair if you can.
