Got an odd one:
I have  a user in my remote office who is clamming whenever she attempts to work with a Pivot table her laptop shuts down.

Anyone ever heard of this?  Could this be faulty RAM?

Thanks,
JJ

As far as I know it "shuts down" not too sure if it's a reset or a full shut off, but I can check with he user.

Sounds like it could be either a bad dll or something in Excel try doing a repair/reinstall of excel and maybe a windows repair if you can.
