BES not sending email

As of today nobody can send emails using their blackberry but we are receiving the emails.  Our network Tech did reboot our windows server this morning so not sure if that could have caused this.  I believe that the besadmin permissions are the only thing that was configured on our windows server but don't know if this is what is causing this or what the permissions should be.

If nothing has changed reboot the exchange server and then the BES server.

If Exchange was patched (and required a reboot) then any exchange specific pacthes also need to be applied to the BES, this is due to BES actually using some Exchange components which neeed to be at the same version on Ex and BES for it to work.

If anything else has been modified let me know.

I am not too sure if our exchange server was updated or not but I will check to see what patches have been applied.

Nope our exchange server and BES didn't have any updates just our windows server that does DNS, active directory, DHCP.

No problem, it's very common so get into the habbit of treating ex and bes as a pair, patch them together and bounce them together etc.
