IIS Hangs and errors in w3wp.exe

hi all
im Hosting my site (ASP.net 3.5 and MSSQL 2005 ) on a VPS on Godaddy ,windows server 2003 sp2 , and im using Plesk Control panel ,
the problem is that w3wp.exe is consuming the whole memoory , so after alot of investigation
i have create rules by using the program DebugDiag to see if a hang is happening and here what i get please advance?

you will have to find the function by the arguments .. 3 arguments and source ..

The PHP Group has caused an access violation exception (0xC0000005) when trying to read from memory location 0x75006c00 on thread 3 -----> as said contact the DLL provider and ask what permissions they might need
