Urgent help needed for better presentation of Excel Data and Graph formation
Hello Everyone,
I am at present working on the attached sheet I have received from my manager. This sheet is all about availing the loan and then making the investment to generate the revenue out of it.
The sheet should be reformatted to represent the data in a much better way that is easy to understand.
I would need the following graphs against each month:
1."Amount of Interest Payable" and "Total Payable"
2. "Amount Paid" and "Accumulated Payments"
3. "Revenue Generated", "Net Profit" and "Accumulated Net Profit"
The graphs can be a bar chart. For example for the third graph, there will be three adjacent bars standing against for a month.
I am open for the suggestions that makes this sheet presentable in a better way.
Appreciate your help on this.
Thanks,
Amita

I have inserted two lines in the table highlighted in yellow to use in the stacked column charts. Created two chart sheets on payments & profits.
Did not know how to graph 1."Amount of Interest Payable" and "Total Payable", as there is only data for 2 months on these, not for every month, but you can use the other two charts as templates for that one.

If you use a few numbers or dates, use bars.
if you use a lot of numbers or dates use lines.
if you use dates, make sure that excel take the data as dates, There are some cases that excel takes the data as numbers and do a bad graphic.
Never use 3d Graphics charts
If you want to do a dynamic chart u can use the index function and a scrollbar, see the attachment.
