Outlook Crashing

I have a pc where outlook keeps crashing.
I have reinstalled the laptop it works fine for about a week then outlook starts crashing.

These are the errors.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled office, i have ran a repair or diagnostic, i have even reninstalled the os. I took the ntdll.dll file from my pc and put it on the laptop and am testing that but does anyone have any other ideas?

What kind of plugins do you have active ?
When exactly does outlook crashes ?
Is it connected to a exchange server ?

It is connected to a exchange server, it seems to crash when there is alot going on on the laptop many things open like emails, contacts, calendar. I have also tried starting it in safemode outlook /safe and it still crashes. for addins I beleive there is

I have uninstalled the PDF addin for outlook. I have a feeling that it might be causeing the issue. I will update once i get feedback from the user.

SO I got a message from the user this am that outlook is still crashing. ANy ideas on this would be great.
