Change language of Outlook 2007 contacts index

I added a second language using the regional options in Windows 7. Now my contacts index appears in the alphabet of the other language. How do I change it to English which is my primary language anyways.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

So how do I make English primary without losing the other language capability?

This problem was solved by a Microsoft technician and was caused by a faulty osd file.
