Does anyone have a good link or instructions on setting up Vlans on an SSG5 juniper box using Netscreen OS.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Yeah,

It's really simple, you just create "sub interfaces".
Hence either via webui or cli.

from the webui just browse to network->interfaces and select 'new sub interface' from the top right side.

There select the physical parent interface and give the interface a subinterface number (the 'hight' of that number is limited depending on the model.
ofcourse select the vlan tag you want it to listen to and an ip address and zone (as always).

Have fun :)
