Microsoft Out Look - URL Open issue

Steps to Re-Produce 1. Close Outlook if it is opened 2. Open an Outlook from a mail to link <a href="mailto:someone@microsoft.com?subject=Hello%20again"> Send Mail</a> 3. Add a message body contains the link (www.microsoft.com).Click on the link 4. Its not opening the page until the Outlook mail window is closed.

Have you recreated the Outlook Profile?

All users on this machine are affected?

Un installed/reinstalled Outlook?

When you click a hyperlink in an e-mail message or on a Web page, or right-click a hyperlink on a Web page and then click Open in New Window, you may experience one or more of the following symptoms:
Nothing occurs.
The new window may be blank.
