You might try viewing the page to see if there is mixed content (SSL & non-SSL) - it is common to have images linked to http: instead of https: which can generate this warning.

Otherwise, the client may not have the root certificate trusted.

You can click "Accept site certificates" to have the client trust the site.  This should be used with caution to make sure they are accepting a certificate only from a trusted location.
