Is there a way of populating custom fields in a Sharepoint calendar, when submitting a meeting request from Outlook 2003?
I.E., we have a field called BusinessArea in our Sharepoint calendar, and when I raise a new meeting request in Outlook 2003, I would like to be able to specify the value of this field. In this case, the value of the field should be restricted to a predefined selection, so I was wondering if this can be done with Outlook forms (or something)?
We aren't allowed to get any third party stuff installed on our Sharepoint farm, so solutions would need to work with an out of the box installation. I do however have access to Sharepoint Designer (if that helps).
