Might be a daft question or I'm missing the point, but we have CRM 4 for Outlook installed. I was trying to send an email and Track it in CRM. Therefore I;
- Open a New Email
- Click Track In CRM
- Click Set Regarding to a particualar Lead record in our database that has an email address associated with him.
Question - Should the email automatically populate the 'To' Box in the Email ?
If not, is the possible to configure it somehow in CRM or would it require some kind of programmable solution ?
