CRM 4 - Auto Populated 'To' Box in Tracked Email

Hi
Might be a daft question or I'm missing the point, but we have CRM 4 for Outlook installed. I was trying to send an email and Track it in CRM. Therefore I;
- Open a New Email
- Click Track In CRM
- Click Set Regarding to a particualar Lead record in our database that has an email address associated with him.

Question - Should the email automatically populate the 'To' Box in the Email ?
If not, is the possible to configure it somehow in CRM or would it require some kind of programmable solution ?

Hi

Yeh again I was thinking that may be the case. The user can also click on Send Email icon within a Contact Record, for example, and do the email via the Email Activity and then Send...  They seem happy with this and the other way..
