How to removed a Shared Calendar for a deleted Mailbox

I have a user who has 2 shared calendars listed under My Calendars for 2 Summer Staff who's mailboxes have been deleted from the Exchage server. Anyone have any idea how we can remove those from the My Calendar view?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are the users under My Calendars or People's Calendars? I do not have a way to test this for a deleted user. Normally in Outlook 2007, I right-click a username under People's Calendars in the left panel and select Delete.

Yes, sorry. It is listed under People's Calendars. When we select it, it tries to make a connection and then we get an error and are unable to delete.

Ok, here is the trick:
Click another calendar in the same list, one that still works. It will load that calendar. Single-click the same name again. Use the [Up] or [Down] arrow keys to move the outline focus to the calendar to delete and hit [Shift-Del].
