How to enable Terminal Services Manager app for a domain user?

I need to enable terminal services manager app to be run by an user in the domain that doesn't have admin privileges.

Could someone please tell me how to do it?

Thank you!

They should only need a shortcut to it. I just tried logged into one of our terminal servers with a non-admin account and was able to view who else was logged into the server and other terminal servers. I wasn't able to kill anyone else's session, but I could see them.

Thanks.

I would need to make that work on a users PC; for him to be able to connect to a specific TS in the domain.
I know I would need to add admin pack, but I don't precisely know what additional steps are needed.

Right, you'll need the admin pack. I think this is the one you need if you don't have it already

Once that's installed, it should be in the control panel under administrative tools. Put a shortcut to that on their desktop. Logged in as the user, click the actions menu and click Connect to Computer, then enter the specific TS's name or IP, click OK. Once it's connected and working, right-click the server name in the left pane and click add to favorites. The next time TS manager is opened, the user can click favorites and it will be there for them.
