FM Server Error - Contact Info Not Specified

On a previous question, I received the answer that "contact information not specified" probably reveals that a user does not have the appropriate privalages on a related database.  However, this is an email simply about a script scheduled via the FM Admin Console.  Why does it still say "contact information not specified"?  (And I receive many of these errors each day.)  Thank you.

FileMaker Server 10.0.1.64 on SBSUNITED reported the following event:

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

check email settings in the server parameters, then check the general server settings where you enter company details, etc... the server email is refering to those fields.
Can't be more accurate now, but 1 can capture later on if you don't find it.

Maybe it's the script sending the email rather than the server? Did you try opening the scheduled script and seeing if there is a sendmail step / perform script in there?

fm internal script do not refer to this, only the server admin emails do.

I had already completely filled out the fields in the SMTP email window.  I tried a couple of things based on what you said above, and once I put my contact info into the General Settings page of the Admin Server console, I quit getting the "no contact information specified" within the warning messages.  Thank you.
