After the uninstall IBM_SystemIAccessForWindows_6.1, the following message appears when clicking on control panel

CWBNL0202 - ¿¿F\CA400RES.DLL

When clicking ok on the message ,  control panel opens .
Any idea what could be causing this ?

Looks like it wasn't fully removed.  

Try manually removing the Client Access control panel files from Control Panel (c:\windows\system32\ca400cpl.cpl on my Vista Business system).  

If that doesn't work, try this sequence:

Reinstall Client Access
Reboot
Remove Client Access
Reboot

Make sure you are using a profile that has administrative permissions, and that you shut down anything that doesn't need to be running before installing and uninstalling, especially antivirus software.

i had the same problem on a server at my new work.

deleting ca400cpl.cpl from the system32 folder did the trick for me. Thanks!
