It is not free. &nbsp;It will most likely work with the sample company (Fabrikam or The World Online) for free, but will not work with your live company without registration keys. &nbsp;That's a pretty typical model for GP add-in software.

Our accountant told us he knows that past years in Great Plains can be archived off the system, which will help us trim down our accounts lists. &nbsp;I have not been able to find any information on how to remove an entire year from Great Plains - is there a way to do that? &nbsp;Thanks.

How do I archive off data in Great Plains 10 by year?
