Cannot find type System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TypeForwardedFromAttribute

Just downloaded Microsoft Visual C# 2010.

When I try to add a WPF Control (.xaml) to a windows form, I get the following error.

Cannot find type System.Runtime.CompilerServices.TypeForwardedFromAttribute in module CommonLanguageRuntimeLibrary.

The only way to fix it is to find the wpf object entries in the designer form and get rid of it.

Doesnt matter which wpf control it is, can be any.

Does anyone know a fix for this?  Thank you!

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This problem was solved after beta 2. Please check your VS2010 build. If not they have reintroduced this bug again.

I think you have a installation problem.  If you previously had beta 1 installed on the same machine then I think you will have this error coming up ... You wil have to properly un-install the beta 1 and then try again ... I think the read me file is having all the information for proper un-installation
