Cisco IOS-Memory

i have upgrade the ios to 12.4 for cisco 3640 and i don't payed attention there is the memory 64mb is not enough to upgrade to this version ,the new ios loading complete on the flash 32Mb but when reload  the router it become on rommon mode, the tftpdnld command is not found
i have the old version c3640-jk9o3s-mz.122-46a.bin. how can i restore the old version?what can i do?

Use Hyperterminal and the following procedure to transfer the old IOS to the router via xmodem.
