CRM 4.0 Print button error

Hi everyone

I have had this issue with printing from CRM on my machine for over a year.  Every time I click the print button I receive this error message:

Error loading resource library. (0x8007007E)

I have tried all of the proposed fixes noted online, but nothing works yet.  I have sql sever 2008 on the back end, and I've installed the most recent ReportViewer.exe for 2008, and deleted a bunch of RSclient*.* from Windows\System32, which I was prompted by IE to install an ActiveX control, and it did install, but that didn't fix the problem.

has anyone fixed this most annoying error?
