Access Database for tracking assets and Depreciation

Does anyone know where I can find a good template for tracking assets, including depreciation and amortization totals?  I did a Google search and found this site that offers free databases.  But I don't know if I should trust it.

Any ideas/thoughts?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

It is a template. you can change it to match your needs.

To find templates:
When you open Access, Go to file>new (A2002, A2003, select "on my computer") >databases.  Select a database close to the one you want.  Follow the wizard.
