Just allow the user in question the "modify" security permission, but this is typically done at the folder level not the file level.

that would mean they would have to modify the permission on the file before deleting I assume?   If so that will not work in our situation.

forget that I see what you are saying now.   No this would not work as they would be able to modify any file if i put that security on the folder and since files are being added all the time I could not do this at a file level.   Must be a permission at the folder level
Newly released Acronis True Image 2019

In announcing the release of the 15th Anniversary Edition of Acronis True Image 2019, the company revealed that its artificial intelligence-based anti-ransomware technology – stopped more than 200,000 ransomware attacks on 150,000 customers last year.

I am going to use a simple example:

Users have RW but in advanced permissions uncheck delete
Creator Owner has only the Delete checked in advanced permissions.

I currently have the exact setup you are describing except i do not see an option to allow creator owner anything...  it is not in the list ... this is the reason for the question...    Can I add creator owner somehow?
