Bes enterprise Ecpress

I just enstalled Blackerry Enterprise Server Express on my Exchange Server and added users from my active directory and now they will not show up under manage users.

When I try to add them again it says The Specified User Already Exists in the Available User List.

Can yo u help me ..urgent

This error is caused because the user has already been added to the "Users from Company Directory" list on the BlackBerry Server. This is listed in the KB article referenced below.

The way to add a user is from the "Add User" screen, using one of the 2 methods listed below.

1. Create user > enter Messaging  server display name: "User Name" and Email address:  ""  >  Search
2. Create user > Search > select the user  ""
