sbs 2008 migration - cant add pop3 connector

on the sbs 2003 - 2008 migration i have sucessfully removed the smtp and disabled the pop 3 connector on my 2003 box

i am now at the step where i add the pop 3 connectors to the destination server.

i cant add any pop3 accounts because there are no user mailboxes to direct the mail to?

any ideas? i think i must have missed a step somewhere

Hi guys,

really in a pinch here as there is now no mail on the 2003 box or the 2008 box and im gonna be up s**t creek tomorrow if i cant get it back.

anyone have any ideas

as a footnote - i cant seem to find any of the users accounts on the new sbs 2008 server, but when i tried to add an already existing account, it wouldnt let me as the name already exists.

no users show up in the users pane - under networking (on the 2008 box) - it says "no users exist"
