Exchange 2007 OWA Public Folder Contact List

I don't know if this is something I'm missing, or a limitation of the product, but I need assistance establishing something. Is it possible to have public folder contacts appear in the address lists when you click the "To" button on an email in Outlook web access? And how do you go about doing this? Attached is an image in case my explanation is not clear. There is a contact list available under Public folders on the main screen of OWA, but it does not appear in the window to attach contacts.

I know it is possible in regular Outlook, just right click the contact list under public folders, go to properties, Outlook Address Book tab, then check "show this folder as an e-mail Address Book" But I'm not seeing a way to configure it for OWA either through OWA or the Exchange management console.

This is a Server 2008 Standard FE SP2 server running Exchange 2007.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Certainly wasn't with 2007 RTM, and no, I don't believe this was added by the exchange team at any point,
