Outlook clipboard problem

I have a user who is having a problem with his clipboard.

The user has two windows open: One is a web browser, the other is outlook.

Select text in web browser window, hit ctrl+c, able to paste that info into a search box or whatever.

However, if he opens a message from outlook, the contents of the clipboard disappear and he is forced to go back and recopy.

Anyone have any ideas?

go to below registry, open the location and delete everything:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Setup\OutlookSecureTempFolder(if outlook 2003 use 11 instead of 12)

Path should be something like:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook\1234587\

I believe I have seen this happen before when an end-user has two windows open both with Microsoft Outlook open in both of them.
