I have a user who is having a problem with his clipboard.<br />

The user has two windows open: One is a web browser, the other is outlook.<br />

Select text in web browser window, hit ctrl+c, able to paste that info into a search box or whatever.<br />

However, if he opens a message from outlook, the contents of the clipboard disappear and he is forced to go back and recopy.<br />
