Entourage Web Services Install Problem

When trying to install Entourage 2008 Web Services Edition on my Mac running Snow Leopard 10.6.2 but on the screen to select hard drive to install the software, I get an error telling me there is insufficient space to install and I need 12KB. I have over 200GB free on this computer. I need Office 2008 version 12.2.4 installed which meets the minimum requirements for this software. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have you tried to install as a different user?

For that matter, Entourage should have been included with Office 2008. I would suggest you completely remove office and reinstall and then make sure Entourage and the MSOL mac client is also isnatlled at the same time.

Yer, I did that already. Are there any secret pref files I should be removing. Funny thing is that Office all works fine I just can't install the Web Services Edition.

Try running Onyx on you hdd to clean up caches and system settings.(Google it)

Also try repair disk permissions and run a disk check & run a repair if necessary.
