I have a client that is having issues with Outlook syncing it's calendar with ACT. They have a Windows SBS 2003 and they use Exchange for email. He's running a Vista Client with Outlook 2007 running and ACT. I followed the steps to setup the sync feature in ACT but it never works. Even if I try to copy over the Calendar from Outlook to ACT. It even pops up the box so we can choose which profile we want to sync with ACT. We choose the main profile and a bar comes up and at the end we check both calendars and nothing has happened. Any suggestions to resolve this issue? I've heard there are programs that handle the sync better. Any recommendations?
