Simple kanban system in ACCESS

Hi all,
I want to set up simple kanban system (not exactly kanban kind a sort of ) in my job shop. I have 200 different types of o-rings with bar codes on the o-rings from i bought, i have to set up a simple kanban system (not exactly kanban kind a sort of) in access that  once its been used by the operator, he has to email me with the barcode or part number and I should recieve the email so that i can order them back and elivered it back to them Any ideas where to start please help me out. U have to understand I am not pro in all access database. Bare with me in explaining step by step
