Outlook 2007 add-in created in .NET is not loading. How to activate it

we have create one Outlook 2007 add-in using Visual Studio .NET 2005.
Add-in in working fine and also getting loaded in some of our machine have Windows XP Professional, with office 2007 standard.

We were having some problems on our machine where we were not having Office Interop Assemblies, but after we installed that it is also working fine.

one of our clinet is still facing the same problem
he is using Windows XP Media Center edition, with Office version Home and Student.

We tried to install the add-in in his machine, Add-in is intalled properly but when we check in Tools->Trust Center it is listed in inActive list.

we check the Registry for the LoadBehavior it is displaying value 2 though we are specified 3 i.e. to load at startup.

Can any one specify what is the problem with this..

Did you run Outlook as an administrator when installing the add-in?  This is necessary in Vista/Office 2007.  The attached document may be helpful, though it was written primarily for COM add-ins.

I haven't tried the combination of Windows XP with Office 2007, but maybe just installing the add-in while running Outlook as an administrator would be helpful.

Are you using VSTO to build your Add-In?
If so , VSTO does not support Office version Home and Student. You need Office standard as a minimum.
