Extreme XOS and IP Helper configuration

I need to know how I can configure my Extreme x450 core switch to be able to handle what cisco refers to as IP Helper statements. I need to also know how to allow broadcast traffic, specific traffic if needed, across multiple VLAN's on the Extreme.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

We have a layer 3 switch handling the routing for our VLAN's. I have DHCP forwarding working by using the bootprelay command on the Extreme equipement.... However IP helper-address comes with several other protocols (UDP) that are also forwarded on top of just DHCP.. such as DNS, 137-138, NTP and a couple more... I am afraid when I install this we will have issues. The DHCP server goes into one of the switches outside our core switch.. on another vlan.
