I know that SUMA used for download patches automatically from IBM web site and  also i what to know if SUMA updates the downloaded patches AUTOMATICALLY on the serer or remote serves.

For My knowlege as assume that SUMA only for download not for update.

yes, SUMA is mainly for downloading.
You can automate the download process, and you can get notified via email in case of some event, like successful or unsuccessful download and the like.
SUMA can do some additional things, such as comparing downloadable packages against a local repository, to download only needed filesets.
It can also cleanup local repositories after downloading (duplicates, unneeded/unwanted language filesets and so on).
The actual installation has still to be done by you, by running preferrably "smitty update_all" against the downloadad stuff.
