Internal email being rejected from one user.
Hello,
We are currently having an issue with Exchange 2010. A new user was created, and a mail box was created for her. She can receive email from some people and not from others internally. One thing I noticed that when looking at the Exchange Management Console the mail icon next to her username has a little icon of a man on it. She is the only user who has that icon. Here is the return email the sender gets:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

I compared her x400 address with one of a known working account and they are set up the same. Do you know why the icon next her to name in the management console would be different from everyone elses?
Also, this user was created in AD and then the mailbox was created at a later time in the management console. Would this have anything to do with it? She also has no problems receiving email from the outside.

I would have created her Exchange mailbox when I created her account. I don't personally know of any other way to make this happen without deleting her account and recreating it along with the Exch Mailbox or creating a second account to test with. Creating her mailbox later may have been your problem.

It looks as if her mail account(s) isn't set up in Exchange properly I would compare her x400 address and others with the account of someone who doesn't have this issue.
