Cisco VPN client with Windows AD logins

Basically what I want to do is configure my firewall so that whenever a user goes to connect to their VPN client they have to use a Windows Active Directory account instead of a manually configured account from the firewall. I'm not sure if this is entirely possible or not.

My current firewall is a Cisco ASA 5520 version 8.2(2) with ASDM 6.2(5)
