Expert Opinions Needed: Best way to Sync Public Contact Folder to multiple Blackberry devices

I was wondering if anyone else ran across a problem like this. We need a way to have 10 Blackberry users be able to all see the same public contact folder on their devices. Not only that they want to be able to edit a contact and have it update the main public folder. All users want to be able to do this wirelessly.
Currently we have them using the USB cable and desktop manager, but eventually things get corrupt.

Does anyone have any recommendations or has anyone come across this same end user request?

I have BES Express configured however the way it seems to be working for me at least is a one way sync only from Exchange to Handheld.

i have yet to find any info that states two way sync...a lot of people are asking but answers...i have a couple of friends that work @ RIM...I'll see what they have to say

When I spoke to sales they told me two way sync was possible in BES5. But with the actual product in hand this does not seem to be the case.
