Blackberry calendar off by one hour

Since this recent time change, calendar events from BB are off by one hour.
According to the users, this was not a problem during any previous time change.
They have Blackberry professional on SBS 2003
The server is fully patched.
I verified timezones are correct on the server and workstations
Is there some setting in the Black Berry server causing this?

I don't see a zone for BES so I hope the zones I chose are the right ones

I tried to apply the time zone updates however I got a message that I have a new version already installed. The document says I need cdo.dll  version 6.5.7654.1 or higher. I have version 6.5.7638.2 inthe exchsrvr\bin folder. I assume this could be the problem?

Exchange is fully patched to the best of my knowledge.

There is a cdo.dll file in C:\ClientApps\outlook2003\FILES\PFILES\COMMON\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033 that is version 6.5.6980.74

Can I copy that to the exchsrvr\bin folder?
i would copy it to your windows\system32 folder and register it there (go to start - run, type regsvr32 cdo.dll).

Don't use the outlook version (there ideally shouldn't be outlook installed on the same server as BES as it overwrites the exchange versions of MAPI and CDO) - download the latest mapicdo package from microsoft and use that.

As I suspected, this fixed itself after the date of the old time change. This company is switching to the IPhone as soon as Verizon comes out with them. Hopefully this will be before the next time change.

They were not happy that Rim wanted to charge them for something that was a BB issue. The time change worked correctly on everthing but the BB sync.
