I have a user, he typed a draft in outlook 2003 in citrix. &nbsp;He came the work the next day, check his outlook 2003 install on his desktop and half of the draft was missing. &nbsp;His desktop also uses outlook 2003.<br />

at this point he went back to citrix and the draft matched the one on his desktop.<br />

Both outlook profiles do not run in cache mode.
