Error Code when trying to print an excel sheet.

Hello everyone,

we have an employee who has a problem printing an excel sheet, it gives the following error: "Print titles must be contiguous and complete rows or columns" the employee is using Excel 2003, but i don't have it I use Excel 2007 and I can view it, but i get the same error when printing. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Scott,

thanks for the feedback, I checked the "rows to repeat at top" and it shows the following: $1:$1

the "Columns to repeat at left" is blank, no entries in there.

Are you printing one sheet or the whole workbook? If the latter, you need to check the setup for each sheet.

I do have some formulas starting line two,and on cell G. No merged cells as far as I could tell.

Also,
I need to make a correction the problem description, the employee is actually using Excel 07 not 03 as I stated earlier. Thanks!

Hello,

I actually got it working and here is what I did:

Go to formula tab - select name manager. Delete anything called Print_Titles.

after that I tried to print and it printed fine, I am not sure why, but it works.

The answer was not accurate but at least it directed me to the right direction

I got the same problem. user is using MS office 2007 one particular excel file giving same error as mentioned above. I have save that particular file in excel 2003 format. I was able to print entire excel sheet without any issues. I hope it will works.....please try and let me know....
