unhandled exception path2 cannot be null

I have an application that I can run on my machine but when I try to run it on another I get a .NET framework error complaining about 'Value cannot be null, Parameter name: Path2'.   I'm trying to understand where this is coming from and how to fix it.  I'm using the 2.0 framework.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

you should debug it to find...
check all the lines where you assign & use it...
looks like you are assigning null/nothing and try to use it...

The problem was that the installshield package was not including a .exe.config for the app I'm delivering.
