I have the fax service setup and working on a Small Business Server 2008 server. When users fax out, the banner at the top reads "FAX", instead of the traditional Company Name, Fax Number (ex: Microsoft Corporation, 888-888-8888). Where are the settings to customize this?

Thanks,
Richard
