Allow Helpdesk members to manage mailbox full access permissions

I want to allow members in the HELPDESK to be able to manage the full mailbox permissions for all mailboxes without adding them to the exchange administrator role.

Thank You but that is not what i am looking for, I want to allow helpdesk members who are not exchange administrators to be able to manage the full mailbox permissions for all mailboxes.

Add-ADPermission –identity "mailbox database" –user "Helpdesk" -AccessRights "FullAccess"

"Mailbox Database"= The database name were we have all mailboxes
