Actually, I no longer care to set up a VPN on these servers. I would like to be able to see them on the local network. When looking for these servers in my domain they do not appear.(They used to before adding the VPN role)  Also, when looking for other computers from the  servers, they do not appear in the domain.

I can ping the IP successfully, though. Any further thoughts?

What apparently happened was by using the vpn wizard not in the custom mode, the wizard changed the enable/disable "NetBIOS over tcp/ip" to disable. This kept me from seeing the server on the the network domain.
