Calendar hell

I am in calendar hell.

My boss has her exchange calendar that wirelessly syncs with her blackberry through our BES.  I have also set up outlook on her laptop to access her exchange account over http.  She has another calendar on her Michigan state university account that she would also like to stay synced with her exchange account.

Our operations director also has a blackberry that will soon be connected to our BES; she wants to be able to view a second exchange calendar that is the primary calendar on another account.

Any advice?  We also have a Google enterprise account for our domain that I can make use of it would make things easier or even possible.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Welcome to hell.
Before you do anything else make sure you have all the service packs and hotfixes installed for windows and office.
We had some issues with the calendars and after working with BES and MS we updated Windows XP to SP3 and Office 2007 to SP2 plus a hotfix.  Then we had to resync all the BES calendars that were having issues.
