Need to export Outlook Express Outlook.pst. "Default MAPI store could not be opened"
Hi,
Situation:
Old XP pc [32 bit] with Outlook express [defective network adapter, no internet access].
New Windows7 pc [64bit] with Outook 2002.
When I try to export messages [Outlook.pst] from Outlook Express on old XP pc, I get a "Default MAPI store could not be opened" error message. However, was able to export addresses to an address.csv file.
Tried to copy the Outlook.pst. file to Outlook 2002 [renamed old Outlook.pst to Outlookold.pst on new Windows 7 pc, but get an "incompatibility" message. Please advise.
