Video Card Gaming Trouble XP 8800GTX

I have 2 computers with very similar hardware, one is working fine and the other is having trouble with the video card.

trouble computer =
MOBO = ASRock ConRoe1333-D667 R2.0
Video = 8800GTX
RAM = 2gb

The computer that works fine (CompA), allows me to set anti-aliasing in battlefield2 and badcompany2 up to 16x and works great! but the trouble computer (CompB) only allows for 1x anti-aliasing and performance is terrible!. Both PC's have an 8800GTX video card.

I have installed the latest drivers from nvidia just last night but does not resolve the problem, latest directX is installed too. I checked the BIOS and could not find any option to limit PCIE.
So why is this trouble computer not able to fully utilize the 8800GTX card?
